Black Leaders Symposium

The 2025 Equity = Possibility Black Leaders Symposium will take place on March 25-26, 2025, in Atlanta, Georgia.ÌýNow inÌýits third year, this two-day symposium brings together ÈÕ±¾ÎÞÂë, business partners, and more than 200 Black C-suiteÌýleaders to discuss pressing business challenges and opportunities in a compelling andÌýrelevant thought leadership conference setting.

Our Social Justice Double Match Program, established in 2020, in which ÈÕ±¾ÎÞÂë matches colleagues’ donations to organizations that support racial justice and equity.ÌýOur financial commitments and partnerships with A Better Chance (US), Black Girls Code (US), Blueprint for All (UK) and Gideon's Promise (US) to advocate for equity for the Black community.
